On the second day of the Bangladesh International Challenge held in Dhaka from December 17-21, 2024, Vietnam retains three representatives. In the men's singles round of 16, top-seeded Lê Đức Phát, ranked 60th globally, faced India's Sai Prasad Teegala, while second-seeded Nguyễn Hải Đăng, ranked 64th, played against another Indian, Surya Kiran Reddy Dundi. In the women's singles round of 16, the opponent for the fourth-seeded Vũ Thị Anh Thư, ranked 148th, was Sri Lanka's Varangana Jayawardana.
